We will remove all excess waste and rubbish from site, leaving you with a beautiful outdoor building that you can use and enjoy straight away.

  • Do I need planning permission?

Short answer: No. Typically, our garden rooms do not require planning permission.

    2. The combined area of all extensions, sheds, and outbuildings – including your proposed garden room – must not exceed 50% of the total land area surrounding your house (again, this refers to the area as it was on 1st July 1948).
    3. It is single-storey and less than 3 metres high (4 metres if it has a dual-pitched roof).
    4. If it’s within 2 metres of your boundary.
